The Mana Distribution tool tells you the composition of your deck based on the color of your spell. It lets you know what the percentage of each color is.
PRESS: If you touch a pie slice you are provided with the number of symbols of the selected color your deck has along with the percentage of that color. This also provides you with number of cards that have symbols of the selected color in your deck.

LONG PRESS: Pressing down in the black area outside the pie chart provides you with the total number of symbols in your deck along with the total number of cards.
